Andean-style chicken


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with the spice mixture.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
